    KADVREG is based in the Nigeria and our services are subject to Nigerian law.We make no representations or warranties that the services are appropriate or available for use in other locations.If you choose to access or use the services from locations outside the Nigeria, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.The laws of the state of Kaduna, excluding its conflicts of law rules, govern your use of the services. Your use of the services may also be subject to other local, state, or national or laws.You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the services or the terms will be filed only in the state and federal courts located in Kaduna, Kaduna state. And you irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of the services (including, but not limited to, your use of the services).
    Intellectual Property Rights:
    All intellectual property rights, title and interest in and to the Software Solutions and Cloud Services (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Solutions”) to be provided by Either Party in the course of the implementation of the Project, are and shall at all times remain vested in Solutions owner absolutely. This Terms and Conditions does not constitute a grant of license to Either Party or third party whatsoever, with respect to Solutions ownership rights in the Solutions, including any Developments and Enhancements thereto, and/or any Inventions, Software, Marks, Technical Drawings, Charts, Source Code, Operation Manual, Ideas, Techniques, Concepts, Methodologies and Technical know-how (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”) Developed and/or Created, in connection with the implementation of the projects and this Terms and Conditions. Either Party may, at sole discretion, grant to the other a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use its Marks solely for the purpose of achieving the object of this Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the applicable user guidelines which may be issued from time to time, and all relevant laws and regulations. No Party shall use or permit the use of Marks that may be confusingly similar to the other Party's Marks. No Party shall represent or imply that the Parties are in any way related to or controlled by one another. Termination or Modification of Services: KADVREG reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, discontinue or disable access to the services at any time and without notice. In no event will KADVREG be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any portion or feature of the services. Severability.If any provision of these terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

    Availability and Pricing: Motor Vehicles (Motorcycles, Cars, Trucks, Buses, Tractors, Motorised Equipment). We register and renew Vehicle Documents ("Vehicle Licence ") for purchase through our various services;For and on behalf of Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service ("KADIRS") a member of the Joint Tax Board ("JTB") Joint Tax Board. All Vehicle Licence are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit or reject any or all orders and to discontinue Vehicle Licence without notice, even if you have already placed an order.Prices are subject to KADIRS and JTB may change without notice and you will be charged the price set forth on the website at the time you place your order.
    Terms and Liability:
    The Vehicle Licence that you purchase through our collective services are issued and activated by participating third-party retailers and JTB/KADIRS. The purchase of each Vehicle Licence is governed by certain terms and conditions established by the issuing JTB/KADIRS in addition to these Terms:JTB/KADIRS may set expiration dates for such Vehicle Licence , in addition to other restrictions and requirements depending on the applicable law and nature of certain Vehicle Licence under the National Road Traffic Regulations 2004, Parts I, II, V National Road Traffic Regulations It is important that you review and familiarize yourself with all applicable JTB/KADIRS terms and conditions prior to purchasing any Vehicle Licence. If you have questions regarding the applicable JTB/KADIRS terms, please contact KADVREG.As issuers of the Vehicle Licence, KADIRS (and not KADVREG) are fully responsible for all aspects of their Vehicle Licence programs. You waive and release KADVREG and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees and agents from any Liabilities arising from or related to any act or omission of a KADIRS in connection with a Vehicle Licence it provides.Further, neither KADVREG nor KADIRS is responsible for lost/stolen Vehicle Licence or Vehicle. Neither KADVREG nor KADIRS is responsible for any fraud or an impersonator by a registered user on the KADVREG portal.
    Payment Options:
    KADVREG accepts various forms of payment including: Credit Card, Debit Card, and Online Banking. Unless otherwise indicated, the purchase price of Vehicle Licence will be billed in full at the time KADVREG provides the Vehicle Licence to you.By submitting your order, you acknowledge that you are authorized to use the designated Card or other payment method and you authorize us to charge your purchase order to that Card or other payment method.When you provide your payment information, you authorize us (or a third party payment processor) to process and store your payment and related information.In the event that the Card or other payment method you designate cannot be verified, is invalid or is not otherwise acceptable, we may suspend or cancel your order automatically.Card processing fees may apply even if the Card has expired or changed by the time KADVREG submits the charges.You are responsible for resolving any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order.
    Taxes:
    The amount paid for any Services does not include sales, value added or use taxes, which may be charged to you separately by the applicable Card or Bank at the time you purchase products or services from the KADVREG using the Vehicle Licence.
    Vehicle Licence Activation:
    After purchasing or renewing a Vehicle Licence, you (or the recipient of the Vehicle Licence) activated Vehicle Licence will be provided through the following:The Vehicle will be activated and the electronic invoice will be available within 30. Seconds to 15.Minutes to your registered email box. And QR Slips and E Wallets of your Vehicle will be shipped to your registered address 12. Hours to 72.Hours. If your Vehicle Licence has not been sent within such time period, please contact us at support@kadvreg.ng
    Cancellations;
    No Returns: All purchases made through the Services are final.Purchased Vehicle Licence are non-returnable and non-refundable, provided, however, that if a Vehicle Licence does not function, we may, in our sole discretion, either refund you the Vehicle Licence purchase amount or replace the defective Vehicle Licence with an alternative Vehicle Licence or with products or services of equal value for the same Vehicle Licence Vendor. If you have any questions or problems with your order, please contact support@kadvreg.ng Errors: We attempt to be as accurate as possible and to eliminate errors on the Services; however, we do not represent or warrant that any description, Vehicle Licence or JTB/KADIRS or pricing information provided on our Services is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event of an error, whether on our Services, in an order confirmation, in processing a Vehicle Licence purchase or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly (including charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

    KADVREG is not responsible for any liabilities, damages and costs arising from or related to (i) your loss or the theft of any Vehicle Licence; and (ii) any act or omission or fraud of a Vehicle Licence in connection with purchased or renewed Vehicle Licence.Vehicle Licence is ONLY allowed to be used on their respective registration.We do not allow purchases of our Vehicle Licence for anything besides their intended use
